Corrections policy
We publish numbers with names attached. When one of them is wrong, the fix is public.
If we get something wrong, we fix it on the page and say what changed. Corrections are appended to the bottom of the affected issue or research theme with the date and a plain description of the error, and the original wording is described rather than quietly deleted.
Material errors, meaning any error that changes the decision a reader would make, are also noted in the next weekly issue. Minor errors such as typos and broken links are fixed silently.
To report an error, email coach@therevenueaireport.com with the URL and the specific claim. We will respond, and if you are right we will publish the correction with attribution unless you ask us not to.
