Media kit
Sponsor the issue. Never the analysis.
One sponsor per issue, read by Director level and above operators at companies of 100 or more people. Independence is the reason this audience reads, so the firewall below is not negotiable and it is the reason a placement here is worth buying.
Packages
Three ways to buy. Pricing on request.
Rates depend on the issue, the pillar, and how much co-published research is in scope, so we quote per conversation rather than publishing a rate card we would have to caveat.
One Thursday issue
Single issue
- Sole sponsor of one issue. No second advertiser in the same send.
- One placement above the analysis and one closing placement, both clearly labelled.
- A permanent labelled placement on the web version of that issue.
- Post-send report: delivered, opened, and clicked, with the raw numbers.
Pricing on request
Thirteen consecutive issues
Quarter
- Everything in the single issue package, repeated across the quarter.
- First refusal on the pillar you fit best: Reality Check, Teardown, Benchmark, Post-Mortem, or Operator Playbook.
- One co-published dataset or benchmark question, run to our methodology and published open under CC BY 4.0.
- Quarterly readout of how your category performed in the panel, whether or not it flatters you.
Pricing on request
Full publishing year
Year
- Everything in the quarter package, held for the year.
- Named supporter line on the about page and in llms.txt.
- Two co-published research cycles with your category question in the field instrument.
- Annual independence review published in the open, including anything we found that cut against you.

Placement rules
What your money does not buy
- One sponsor per issue. Never two.
- Placement sits next to the evidence, never inside it. No sponsored sentence appears in an analysis section, a chart, a dataset, or a decision rule.
- No article mentions bought. If your product appears in the analysis it is because the receipts put it there, and it can appear unfavourably in the same issue you sponsor.
- Every sponsor passes the Coach GTM AI Test before we accept the money. If it fails, we say no.
- Sponsors do not see coverage before publication and never review copy about themselves.
- Sponsors never receive the subscriber list. Sponsorship buys attention, not access to readers.
- Every placement is labelled Sponsor in plain language, not disguised as editorial.
Creative specs
What to send us
- Headline: up to 60 characters.
- Body: up to 60 words. We will edit for our house voice, never for meaning.
- One call to action, one destination URL. We add our own tracking parameter so the post-send report is honest.
- Optional logo: SVG or transparent PNG, at least 600px wide.
- No sponsor scripts, pixels, or tracking beacons run on the site or in the email.
- Creative is due seven days before the issue ships.
The Coach GTM AI Test
Every sponsor is reviewed before we take the money
Five questions, run against the live product, not a deck. We publish what we find, including anything that cuts against the sponsor. A product that cannot pass does not get a placement at any price.
- 01Does the product do what the marketing site says, in a live environment we can see?
- 02Is there a named customer with a dated, verifiable result, not a logo wall?
- 03Can a buyer see the real cost, including the meter behind the pricing page?
- 04Is there a documented way to turn it off, and what happens to the data when they do?
- 05Would we recommend it to a Director+ operator who had no relationship with us?
Calendar
The publishing rhythm
One issue every Thursday, rotating through five pillars: Reality Check, The Teardown, Benchmark, Post-Mortem, and Operator Playbook. Sponsorships are booked against a pillar and a month, and availability is first come. Read the archive to see which pillar fits your category, then tell us which month you want.
Next step
Email coach@therevenueaireport.com with your category, the month you want, and the customer result you would want a Director+ operator to see. We will reply with availability, the rate, and an honest read on whether this audience is right for you.
