Who we are

The Revenue AI Report publishes this site and the weekly email. Our mailing location is Saratoga Springs, UT 84045, United States. The single public mailbox is coach@therevenueaireport.com.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information, and nothing else.

• What you give us. Your email address and your name if you choose to enter it. If you email us, we keep that message.
• What your browser sends. Standard analytics data: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location from your network address, device and browser type.

The tools we use

These are every third party that can see reader data on this site.

• Google Analytics 4, for readership measurement. We strip email addresses and other direct identifiers from every event before it is sent.
• IDPixel, a visitor identification script used to understand which companies read the publication. It does not receive your email address from us.
• Core Newsletter, the platform that stores the subscriber list and delivers the weekly email.
• Our hosting and content delivery providers, which process standard server request logs.
• Ask AI Report. Questions typed into that box are sent to a large language model provider to generate the answer, along with excerpts of our own published pages. Do not enter confidential information. We do not attach your identity to those questions.

Why we are allowed to use it

We use your email address because you asked for the newsletter. We use analytics because we have a legitimate interest in knowing what is read. You can end either at any time.

How long we keep it

Subscriber records stay until you unsubscribe, then are removed within 30 days. Analytics data follows the provider's standard retention window. Email you send us is kept while the matter is open and for our corrections record.

What we never do

• We do not sell reader data.
• We do not rent or share the subscriber list with sponsors. Sponsorship buys placement next to the work, never access to readers.
• We do not put sponsor tracking scripts on this site.

Your choices

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. To see, correct, or delete what we hold, email coach@therevenueaireport.com and we will action it within 30 days. You may also block cookies in your browser; the site works without them.

Children

This publication is written for working professionals and is not directed at anyone under 16.

Changes
