Methodology and caveats
An entry qualifies only when the activity gain and the flat or falling revenue metric are measured over the same window, by the same team, and both are documented. Cases where the revenue metric was never measured are excluded, because an unmeasured outcome is not evidence of theater. Verified under the standards at /methodology/editorial-standards.
