Weekly campaign recap in one page (L1)

Every Monday the channel owners paste their platform exports into a shared prompt and get one page: what moved, what dropped, what changed, what to do this week. It replaces four dashboards nobody reads.

The steps

  1. 01

    Standardize the export set

    Tool: Google Ads

Same metrics, same window, same format every week from each channel. Inconsistent inputs make week over week comparison meaningless. Owner: each channel owner. DoD: export checklist in the marketing handbook.

  2. 02

    Use one recap prompt

    Tool: ChatGPT

Four sections only: material changes, likely causes, what we are testing, what we need from others. Ban adjectives without a number attached. Owner: marketing ops. DoD: prompt published and used by all channel owners.

  3. 03

    Require a stated cause

    Tool: Manual

Every material change needs a proposed cause and a way to check it. Unattributed swings train the team to ignore the recap. Pitfall: post hoc storytelling on noise. Include the confidence level. DoD: causes listed with a check method.

  4. 04

    Publish in one place

    Tool: HubSpot

One page, one location, same time every week, linked from the leadership channel. Recaps that move location die within a month. Owner: marketing ops. DoD: eight consecutive weekly recaps published.
