Who it is for
Anyone in a revenue or GTM role who wants to turn AI ideas into a plan they can start Monday. Everything needed to choose an opportunity, assign the work, and build the plan is included.
The download holds all 6 SKILL.md files plus templates and setup notes (19 files).
Safari note: Safari on Mac can unzip downloads automatically. To keep the kit zipped, open Safari, go to Settings, General, and turn off "Open 'safe' files after downloading". Chrome, Edge and Firefox keep the zip as it is.
Install this package
- Run the command below in your terminal. It downloads and extracts the package, then copies its skill folders into Claude Code's skills directory. Existing skill folders with the same names may be replaced.
- Keep the extracted
ai-opportunity-90-day-planfolder. Read its setup notes for any additional scripts, templates, or workspace steps before running the skills. For another assistant, follow its own skill installation instructions using the downloaded folders. - Start with the package's first step and check the output before using it.

How to start
- 1. Claude: attach the downloaded kit (or just START-HERE.md) and type "Run this for me".
- 2. ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or any chat tool: paste all of Paste-Into-Any-AI.md into a new chat.
- 3. Message too long for your tool? Use the step-by-step folder, one file per step, in order.
- 4. Claude desktop: install the skills below and type "Start my AI opportunity plan", or run one step such as "Build my 90-day AI plan".
- The kit uses two frameworks: OAR (Optimize, Amplify, Reinvent) to size the opportunity, and SCALE (Set, Chart, Align, Launch, Evolve) to plan it.
- Includes a worked example plan and a printable canvas for working on paper.
