Agent Skill Library
104 SKILL.md files for revenue agents, with the receipts

Looking for the plain-language versions with worked examples? Those live in the Skills and Prompts library, alongside the prompt library.

Granola to Claude: GTM Call Stack
Transcripts capture everything the buyer said and nothing about what you noticed. This stack adds the human layer back in, strips the noise, and turns each call into scored, cited records for deals, coaching, customer health, voice of customer, and follow-up. The download is the complete package: twelve skills, Granola Recipes, worked examples, and the class runbook.

AI Opportunity to 90-Day Plan Kit
A guided walkthrough that asks one question at a time for 25 to 40 minutes. You finish with one file: your highest-leverage AI opportunity, who does what between people and AI, a 90-day plan, a three-minute pitch, and an email to your manager.
Skill kit
SCALE: AI Program Kit
Nineteen skills that take a revenue org from a named business outcome to a governed AI program: Set the outcome, Chart the friction, Align the fix to the right kind of AI, Launch a pilot, Evolve it into an operating rhythm.
Skill kit
GTM AI OS Kit
Eleven skills that run account work as a loop: KNOW why you win and what each account needs, DECIDE which accounts to act on, ACT with evidence-based messages checked by a separate evaluator, LEARN from what changed each week.
Suites
Every prompt, also as a skill file
All 236 prompts in the library ship as SKILL.md files too, grouped into 10 suites by the job they do. Same prompt text, plus the inputs, process, decision rules, quality checks, and guardrails. Take one file or a whole suite.

Competitor Intelligence Agent
Two-mode competitive intelligence agent. Quick Strike grades a competitor's top claims from two URLs in about three minutes and returns a one-screen card. Full Pack runs a guided intake interview, harvests 8 to 12 claims per company, grades each on an A to D evidence scale, and delivers a complete pack: evidence scorecard, claim ledger, SWOT, objections, landmines, follow-up emails, marketing plays, and a talk track where only A and B claims are stated as fact.

Signal to Buying Committee
Converts a single business trigger into an actionable account plan. Verifies the signal and grades its confidence, resolves the right company record, writes a calibrated buying hypothesis, designs a three-role committee with title families rather than one guessed title, previews candidates through free search, recommends a lean enrichment shortlist with a credit estimate, checks the CRM before spending anything, and outputs an account activation brief with routing, SLA, trigger expiry, and open questions.

Content Engine
The orchestrator. Writes no content itself. Confirms the topic, creates a dated run folder, then hands each step the file the last one produced: interview.md, draft.md, edited.md, hooks.md, repurposed.md, and a retro that appends rules to learnings.md.
Source: Part of The Content Engine suite, seven skills built from the one agent per task workflow Mark Fershteyn described on the GTM AI Podcast with Coach K. Published as received.
- Marketing
Content Interviewer
Narrows the topic to one takeaway, then asks at least ten questions, one at a time, across five layers: story, proof, mistake, opinion, and reader. Saves the raw answers to interview.md so the drafter never has to invent anything.
Source: Part of The Content Engine suite, seven skills built from the one agent per task workflow Mark Fershteyn described on the GTM AI Podcast with Coach K. Published as received.
- Marketing
Content Drafter
Builds a five-line skeleton (open, stakes, body, opinion, close) and checks each line against the interview before writing. Invents nothing, traces every claim to a source, and deliberately runs a little long so the editor has material to cut.
Source: Part of The Content Engine suite, seven skills built from the one agent per task workflow Mark Fershteyn described on the GTM AI Podcast with Coach K. Published as received.
- Marketing
Content Editor
Three passes in order: structure, line edit, then voice match against your own writing samples. Targets a 20 to 40 percent cut while keeping every fact, then runs lint_copy.py to flag em dashes, AI tells, hedges, and long paragraphs.
Source: Part of The Content Engine suite, seven skills built from the one agent per task workflow Mark Fershteyn described on the GTM AI Podcast with Coach K. Published as received.
- Marketing
Hook Writer
Produces five opening lines from the finished piece, scores each on specificity, tension, and clarity, validates length with check_hooks.py, and recommends one with a runner-up so the next channel can test the alternative.
Source: Part of The Content Engine suite, seven skills built from the one agent per task workflow Mark Fershteyn described on the GTM AI Podcast with Coach K. Published as received.
- Marketing
Content Repurposer
Reshapes one edited piece for LinkedIn, X, newsletter, and short video, each to its own length and structure spec, then runs check_lengths.py against the channel limits. Every version has to stand alone.
Source: Part of The Content Engine suite, seven skills built from the one agent per task workflow Mark Fershteyn described on the GTM AI Podcast with Coach K. Published as received.
- Marketing
Content Retro
Asks three questions after the piece is done and converts the answers into short dated rules in learnings.md. Every other skill in the suite reads that file and treats its rules as overrides.

Triggers on any vague start, including "please run this for me", "run this", "run SCALE", "start", "let's go", "walk me through this", "what do I do", "where am I", or "what's next". Common questions
- What is a SKILL.md file?
- A SKILL.md file is a plain markdown file that tells an AI agent how to do one job. It carries a name, a description that decides when the skill fires, and a body with the process, decision rules, and output format. You drop it in a folder named after the skill and the agent loads it when the request matches.
- Where do these skills come from?
- Every entry names its origin. Some are written by The Revenue AI Report against a 12 criterion quality rubric. Others are public skills published on GitHub, listed with the repository, the license, and the star count observed through the GitHub API during research.
- Why do you show GitHub star counts?
- Stars are the only public signal of how widely a skill has been adopted. They are not a quality score. We publish the count and the date context so you can weigh popularity against the rubric read next to it.
- How do I use one of these skills?
- Open the skill page, copy the SKILL.md text or download the file, then place it in a folder named exactly as the skill name inside your agent's skills directory. Read the trigger list first so you know what the skill should and should not answer.
- Are these free to use?
- Yes. Skills written by The Revenue AI Report are free to copy and adapt with attribution. Public skills carry their own license, shown on each row, and you follow that license.
