The Revenue AI Report

Agent Skill Library, kit

SCALE: five steps to roll AI out across a revenue team

Nineteen skills that take a revenue org from a named business outcome to a governed AI program: Set the outcome, Chart the friction, Align the fix to the right kind of AI, Launch a pilot, Evolve it into an operating rhythm.

Who it is for

Revenue leaders in sales, RevOps, enablement, and GTM engineering deciding where AI belongs in their team and how to prove it worked. The files include the complete method and instructions.

The download holds all 19 SKILL.md files plus templates and setup notes (40 files).

Safari note: Safari on Mac can unzip downloads automatically. To keep the kit zipped, open Safari, go to Settings, General, and turn off "Open 'safe' files after downloading". Chrome, Edge and Firefox keep the zip as it is.

Install this package

  1. Run the command below in your terminal. It downloads and extracts the package, then copies its skill folders into Claude Code's skills directory. Existing skill folders with the same names may be replaced.
  2. Keep the extracted scale folder. Read its setup notes for any additional scripts, templates, or workspace steps before running the skills. For another assistant, follow its own skill installation instructions using the downloaded folders.
  3. Start with the package's first step and check the output before using it.
curl -fL "https://www.therevenueaireport.com/agent-skills/kits/scale/download.zip" -o "scale.zip" && unzip -o "scale.zip" && find "scale" -name SKILL.md -print | while IFS= read -r file; do dir="$(dirname "$file")"; target="$HOME/.claude/skills/$(basename "$dir")"; mkdir -p "$target" && cp -R "$dir/." "$target/"; done

Core, install first

Creates the shared workspace, the router that sends each request to the right skill, a status check, and a report on whether the system is learning.

Step 1. Set

Name the business outcome and find the root cause before anything else.

Step 2. Chart

Map where work breaks, rank the fixes, and check the data behind them.

Step 3. Align

Decide if the problem needs AI at all, match the capability, score vendors, and set guardrails.

Step 4. Launch

Scope one pilot and pitch it to leadership.

Step 5. Evolve

Score the pilot, set the operating calendar, stand up a Center of Excellence, and govern it.

How to start

  1. 1. Claude desktop (Cowork): install the core skills first, then Set, Chart, Align, Launch, Evolve.
  2. 2. First run: say "Set up my workspace", then "Build my outcome charter".
  3. 3. ChatGPT, Codex, Grok, or other tools: see README-OTHER-TOOLS.md in the download. Run one skill at a time.
  • Inside the files, "Module 1" through "Module 5" mean the five steps above: Set, Chart, Align, Launch, Evolve.
  • The core skills are shared with the GTM AI OS kit. Install them once for both.
