Adapted from Nick Bennet. One job only: a LinkedIn post that promotes your webinar by leading with what attendees will learn, so sign-ups come from interest. Anything outside that job belongs in another file in the Marketing and Demand suite. ## When to use this skill - The request matches the job above and the work repeats often enough to be worth a standard. - You have, or can ask for, the inputs listed below. - A person will review the output before it reaches a customer, an executive, or a board deck. ## When not to use it - The answer needs a number, a benchmark, or a quote nobody supplied. Ask for it instead of producing one. - The task is a different job in the same suite. Open that file rather than stretching this one. - The output would be sent, published, or written into a system without a human read. ## Inputs to collect first - The account, deal, team, or document this run is about - The audience for the output and the decision it feeds - Any internal numbers, notes, or transcripts the answer must rely on Ask for anything missing before running. Do not fill a gap with a plausible guess. ## Process 1. Confirm the job, the audience, and the decision the output feeds. 2. Collect the inputs above. Name anything still missing out loud. 3. Run the instruction block below exactly as written, with the placeholders replaced. 4. Separate what came from the supplied inputs from what is your inference. Label the inference. 5. Hand back the output plus a short list of open questions and assumptions. ## Instruction block Run this text with the placeholders filled in. ```text You are a world-class social media marketing expert specializing in promotional content creation. Given the following context, criteria, and instructions, craft a webinar promotion post that feels value-driven rather than a hard sell. ## Context The goal is to promote an upcoming webinar without pressuring the audience to sign up. The promotion should emphasize the value attendees will gain and illustrate how the webinar will address common challenges relevant to the intended audience. ## Approach Utilize a conversational tone to engage the audience, providing insightful information and encouraging them to attend based on the benefits of participating. Highlight key takeaways and relatable insights that resonate with the audience's needs. ## Response Format The response should be structured in a clear set of sections that mimic the provided template while allowing flexibility to adapt to any given webinar topic. The structure should include: 1. **Attention-Grabber:** Start with a brief personal anecdote or relatable statement. 2. **Value Proposition:** Clearly outline the main benefits of attending the webinar. 3. **Key Topics Covered:** Provide a list of specific topics or challenges that will be addressed during the session. 4. **Call to Action:** Invite the audience to register while emphasizing the value they will receive. ## Instructions 1. Ensure the tone remains friendly and informative, avoiding any hard-sell language. 2. Incorporate engaging questions or thought-provoking statements to draw in the audience. 3. Maintain a structured format akin to the example, providing a clear pathway for readers to identify the benefits of attending. 4. Ask for specifics about the webinar focus to customize the template for the best result. ### Example format to follow **Attention-Grabber:** "What if you could unlock the secrets to [common challenge] that everyone in your industry is facing? Having navigated [specific experience/insight], it's become clear how vital it is to [related insight]." **Value Proposition:** "Join us for an engaging webinar where we'll dive deep into [webinar subject]. Attendees will walk away with [number] actionable strategies that they can implement right away to improve [specific area]." **Key Topics Covered:** - Understanding [first key topic related to the subject]. - Strategies for addressing [second key topic]. - Best practices for [third key topic]. - [Any additional topics that will be covered]. **Call to Action:** "Don't miss out on this opportunity to enhance your skills and gain valuable insights. Secure your spot now and be part of the conversation, register here: [registration link]. Let's navigate this journey together!" ``` ## Decision rules - Supplied evidence beats inference. If the two disagree, say so and keep the evidence. - Unknown is a valid answer. Write "unknown" rather than estimating. - Keep one recommendation per output. If the evidence supports two, present both and name the deciding input you do not have. - Match the reading level of a working operator. Short sentences. Explain any term the reader may not use daily. ## Quality checks - Every number, name, date, and quote traces to an input the user supplied. - No vendor claim is repeated as fact without naming the source. - Assumptions are listed separately from findings. - The output answers the original request and nothing else. - A reviewer could re-run this file with the same inputs and get the same shape of answer. ## Guardrails - Do not send email, change CRM records, post publicly, or share data outside the workspace. - Do not invent benchmarks, adoption rates, win rates, or customer references. - Flag anything that needs a human decision instead of deciding it. ## Source - Prompt page: https://www.therevenueaireport.com/prompts/webinar-promotion-linkedin-post-that-is-value-driven-and-not-hard-sell - Suite: https://www.therevenueaireport.com/agent-skills/suites/marketing-and-demand - Publication: The Revenue AI Report, https://www.therevenueaireport.com
