Prompt of the week for reps (L1)
One prompt, one Loom, one channel post, every Monday. The cheapest possible enablement motion for AI adoption, and the one that builds the habit that every later level depends on.
The steps
- 01
Source prompts from top performers
Tool: Slack
Ask the three reps already using AI daily what they actually run. Real prompts from peers get adopted. Prompts written by enablement in isolation do not. Owner: enablement lead. DoD: a backlog of at least eight peer sourced prompts.
- 02
Ship the weekly format
Tool: Loom
Every Monday post the prompt, a three minute Loom of a rep using it on a real account, and the expected output. Keep the format identical every week so it becomes furniture. Owner: enablement. DoD: four consecutive Mondays shipped.
- 03
Collect the misses
Tool: Slack
Ask in thread what broke. Bad outputs are the curriculum. Reply with a corrected prompt in the same thread so the fix is visible. Pitfall: silence read as success. No replies usually means nobody tried it. DoD: each weekly thread has at least three rep replies.
- 04
Promote winners to the library
Tool: ChatGPT
Prompts used by more than a third of the team move into the shared prompt library with an owner. Everything else is retired after four weeks. Owner: enablement. DoD: library contains only prompts with measured usage.
